With Mobile Messaging & Media plans, you receive an email account, the ability to personalize information received from our Wireless Web Portal, and access to Information Alerts.

*	Unlimited Data will only allow for: Wap Usage - accessing CBW internet as well as if the user inputs a URL outside of the CBW internet portal Pop/SMTP access to any email platform. However, access to email platforms (other than our own -i.e. Zoomtown, Fuse) is contingent upon the email provider allowing for such access. Questions regarding accessing email (from non-Cincinnati Bell email providers) shall be directed to the email provider in question. Subscribers on the Unlimited Data plan will not be able to tether their handset to their laptop (as a modem) and access the internet. Text & Media plans including Unlimited Data: The end-user's principal residence must be within an eligible Cincinnati Bell Wireless area. For corporate responsibility customers, the end-user's principal residence or principal business address must be within an eligible Cincinnati Bell Wireless area. (Please ask your Sales Representative for address verification.) Eighty Percent (80%) of all usage on the Cincinnati Bell Wireless Internet Unlimited Data plan must be within Cincinnati Bell Wireless' local service area. The Cincinnati Bell Wireless Internet Unlimited Data Plan may be used with wireless devices for the following purposes: (i) Internet browsing (WAP); (ii) e-mail (POP/SMTP access to Fuse/Zoomtown & other email providers, as well as webmail access); (iii) As a result of MMS (Picture Messaging). This plan may not be used with service devices or with host computer applications. Such prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, tethering a phone to a laptop, Web camera posts or broadcasts, continuous JPEG file transfers, automatic data feeds, telemetry applications, automated functions or any other machine-to-machine applications (i.e. FTP). Data sessions cannot be used as a substitute for private lines or frame relay connections. Cincinnati Bell Wireless reserves the right to deny or terminate service, without notice, to any person that uses Cincinnati Bell Wireless' network in any manner prohibited above or when usage adversely impacts the Cincinnati Bell Wireless network or service levels
