Why call CSC instead of Cincinnati Bell Telephone directly?

Do Cincinnati Bell products cost more through CSC?

CSC offers CBT products at the same rate available through CBT. 
Cincinnati Bell Products are offered under tariffed rates and are sold at one rate by CBT.   The added customer service layer and personalized service make calling CSC an attractive choice for ordering CBT business products.

Does Cincinnati Bell still support customers who use CSC for services?

Customers of CSC are customers of Cincinnati Bell Telephone and receive the full support of the Cincinnati Bell Service Center. 

Will our company receive a separate bill for services ordered through CSC?

All Cincinnati Bell Products ordered through CSC are billed and supported by Cincinnati Bell and will be added to the customer's existing CBT bill.  In some instances, long distance products such as Cincinnati Bell Any Distance may be billed separately depending on CBAD services that the customer uses.
