Teleconferences can also be fully automated, with a live operator always available by pressing *0 on a touch-tone telephone. Live operator assistance is a complimentary service.
Dial Out Operator Assisted Our operator dials all participants in your teleconference call, bringing each of the participants into the meeting as they are reached. A complete package of optional features such as taping, notification calls, question and answer, and full-time audio monitoring are provided at no charge through your own private teleconference operator.
Toll Free Meet Me Each participant dials an 800 telephone number to reach the teleconference operator. This service is ideal for participants who are traveling or hard to reach. When privacy is an issue, we can also provide a customized security code.
Auto Toll Free Meet Me Similar to Toll Free Meet Me except the participant dials an 800 telephone number, then receives a voice prompt asking them to dial or announce their 4 digit security code. This automatically admits the participant into your teleconference.
1+ Meet Me Each participant dials a predetermined local phone number from anywhere in the world to the teleconference operator. Your participants incur their own long distance charges therefore reducing your costs.
Auto 1+ Meet Me Similar to 1+ Meet Me except the participant dials a predetermined local phone number, then receives a voice prompt asking them to dial or announce their security code. This automatically admits the participant into your teleconference. Ideal for meetings where all participants are familiar with each other and operator assembly is not necessary.
Combination All teleconference call types may be utilized simultaneously to bring your participants into the teleconference meeting. You may request that the operator dial out to some of your participants, while other participants may dial into the operator using a predetermined toll free number or local phone number. Other participants may enter your teleconference automatically by dialing the assigned toll free or local number and then gaining access to the teleconference by entering a security code.
